Processing Time (Category-Wise)

At Arpita Sulakshana Couture, each piece is handcrafted with precision. Our standard production timelines are:

Lehengas: 1 month
Coords & Shirts: 10–15 days
Suits: 10–15 days
Custom Orders: Timeline will be shared by the sales team on WhatsApp based on the design and complexity.
These timelines do not include shipping time and may extend slightly during peak wedding or festive seasons.

Sale Period Processing Time

During any sale period, we take a minimum of 1 month to process the order.
The same will be communicated to you over a call by our sales team after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Charges

Within India: Flat ₹200
International: Calculated based on weight, destination, and courier charges

Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
Rest of India: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

Address Changes

You may request an address update before dispatch.
After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.
