Return & Exchange Policy

At Arpita Sulakshana Couture, every piece is handcrafted with care and made specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not offer returns or cash refunds.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, only in the following case:

  • Size Exchange: You may exchange the product for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

No Returns

We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.

No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or wallet refunds.

Sale Period Policy

During any sale period (seasonal sale, festive sale, promotional sale, discount codes, etc.):

  • No returns and no exchanges are allowed.

  • All sale-period orders are considered final.

COD During Sale

If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order during a sale period:

  • A token amount will be required to confirm your order.

  • This is because sale pieces are also made specifically to your size.
