1. No returns on any orders.

2. No refunds (cash/bank/wallet).

3. Size Exchange Only: Exchange allowed within 7 days for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

4. Condition Required: Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

5. Sale Orders: no return, no exchange; COD needs a token amount.
