2. Order Processing

All pieces are made-to-order as per the size selected or provided. Production timelines vary by product category and may extend during peak or festive periods.

3. Pricing & Payments

Product prices, offers, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (except COD orders).

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines and charges are specified in our Shipping Policy. Once dispatched, the package is handled by our trusted courier partners.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.

  • No returns

  • No cash refunds

  • Exchanges allowed only for size, within 7 days

  • No return/exchange during sale periods
    By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

6. COD Orders

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes. During sale periods, COD orders require a token amount to confirm the order.

7. Custom Orders

Customised pieces, made-to-measure outfits, or specially requested designs cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

8. Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, videos, logos, product names, and brand content are the exclusive property of Arpita Sulakshana Couture. Any copying, misuse, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arpita Sulakshana Couture is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Loss or damage due to incorrect address provided

  • External factors such as weather, festivals, or operational delays

  • Unauthorized use of discount codes or payment methods
