1. No Returns
All orders placed on our website are final and cannot be returned. We request customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes payments made via cash, bank transfer, digital wallets, or any other payment method.

3. Size Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges strictly for size-related issues. Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size only.

4. Product Condition for Exchange
To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging intact
    Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Sale & Discounted Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, a small token amount may be required to confirm the order. This amount is non-refundable and helps us ensure order authenticity.
